We ship via Fed Ex, USPS, have local delivery by courier, or you may pick up your gift baskets at our shop. Depending on what time you place your order, we ship out the same day or the next day, unless you specify a ship date.

Shipping by Fed Ex

We offer five Fed Ex shipping options:

• Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery (1-5 business days, depending on location, see map, below for transit times)
• Fed Ex 3-Day
• Fed Ex 2-day 
• Fed Ex Next Day Air (by 10 am) and Next Day Air Saver (by 5 pm)

Courier Delivery

You can have your product delivered by courier within the Seattle-Eastside area. Charges for courier delivery vary by city and zip code:

Zone 1 - $8 deliveries: Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Medina, Yarrow Point, Hunts Point, Beaux Arts, Clyde Hill, Sammamish, and Issaquah

Zone 2 - $11 deliveries: Seattle, Mercer Island, Bothell, Woodinville, Ballard, Burien, Tukwila, Shoreline, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Brier, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, The Highlands, Northgate, West Seattle, Juanita

Zone 3 - $14 deliveries: Renton, Kent, Seatac

Call us at (425) 883-0189 for same day delivery. We can usually deliver the same business day if we receive your order by noon. Otherwise, your order will be delivered the next business day, or Saturday if going to a residence. If you need something delivered even sooner, rush delivery may be available, but may incur higher charges and you must call us to place your order. If you want to request a specific delivery date, please enter the date in the enclosure card message/additional comments box during check out. (We will not include that information on the enclosure card.)You are always welcome to call  or email us with delivery or customization information. Multiple baskets going to the same address at the same time are charged one delivery fee.

Please note: If your intent is to have the order delivered today, please call us so we can coordinate a courier and give you an idea of cost if it differs from the regular courier charges.

Store Pickup and our Retail Shop

We moved our retail shop in January 2010. Previously, we were located next to Redmond Vacuum, Ashleigh's Attic and Victor's Coffee Shop. Our store is open by appointment, so please call us at (425)883-0189 to schedule a pickup. We are available 7 days a week.

Driving Directions

Our new location is on a main residential street in Sammamish. From Redmond and 520, take the Redmond Fall City Road toward Fall City and turn right onto 244th Ave NE. We are on the right side at 1225 244th Ave NE. We have a small "gift baskets" sign at the street. From Issaquah and I90, take the hill up to Sammamish, past Providence Point. Take 228th Ave NE to NE 8th, then go around the roundabout to exit left on 244th Ave NE. We will be on the left, three driveways past Rachel Carson elementary school. We have a small "gift baskets" sign at the street.
